These terms govern your purchase and use of RoadPass. By placing an order you agree to them.

What RoadPass provides

RoadPass produces a plain-language translation of the driving licence details you supply, in 12 languages, for presentation at car rental counters. RoadPass is a translation aid and is not an International Driving Permit (IDP) or any official or government-issued document. You remain responsible for holding any permit your destination requires.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate details that match your home driving licence, and you must always carry that licence when driving. RoadPass does not verify, endorse, or confer any driving entitlement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to present RoadPass as an official permit, licence, or government document, and not to alter the document we issue. Each document carries a unique verification ID.

Delivery

The digital document is delivered by email, typically within minutes of successful payment. Printed cards (Explorer plan) are shipped to the address you provide.

Liability

RoadPass is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for a rental provider's independent decision to accept or decline any document, nor for losses arising from inaccurate details you supply.
