Refund Policy

We want you to be confident at the counter. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Before delivery

If you contact us before your document has been generated and delivered, we'll cancel and refund your order in full.

If a counter won't accept it

If a rental provider declines your RoadPass because of a problem with the document itself, contact us within 14 days with details and we'll correct it or refund you.

Errors in your details

If a document contains a mistake we made, we'll reissue it free of charge. If the details you supplied were inaccurate, we'll reissue a corrected version at no charge within 14 days of purchase.

What isn't covered

Because RoadPass is a translation aid and not an International Driving Permit, we cannot refund based on a separate permit requirement at your destination. Always check what your destination requires and carry your home driving licence.

How to request

Email refunds@roadpass.example with your document ID. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
