Data we collect

To create your document we collect your name, date of birth, the country your licence was issued in, your destination, and your email. For the Explorer plan we also collect a shipping address. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

How we use it

We use your details solely to generate and deliver your document, to provide support, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

We rely on trusted processors to operate the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and our hosting and database providers. Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service.

Retention

We retain order records for as long as needed to support you and to satisfy legal and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@roadpass.example.
